Mercy Housing Southeast (MHSE) is a non-profit developer of affordable housing. We have a new apartment community located at 5959 Fairington Road in Lithonia , GA that has 30 newly renovated ADA units. We have immediate availability and would appreciate referrals from disAbility Link.
We have 1, 2, and 3 bedroom accessible units ranging from 1,000 to 1,500 square feet. The rents are affordably priced between $550 and $699 per month and reserved for households earning less than 60% of the Area Median Income. We are offering attractive incentives for households that move in by the end of the year.
